Migrated items may not be processed successfully on the first attempt and a retry is necessary.
Depending on the state, in which items are, a retry is invoked in following intervals:
- Permanently failed items – never retried automatically. These can be investigated and retried manually.
- Hanging items – retried after 12 hours (720 minutes) by default. This can be changed by a database update and should not be done without consulting with Quadrotech Support.
- Retryable items – retried every one hour
Hanging item is retried in a way, that Exporting/Importing count is reset every 12 hours after Export/Import Timeout expires and ResetHangingItems task is executed every hour, so it actually might take up to 12 hours and 59 minutes for hanging item to be available for export or import again.
