Users with roaming profiles that move between multiple workstations repeatedly will have files with the status ‘Suspended’ for some or all of their attached PST files, as the Migration Agent can not find the original snapshot location.


In Setting>Windows Migration Agent>Agent tab>Edit XML look for the line <BitAbortErrors> </BitAbortErrors> and use the error code as shown from Manage>Files>Progress i.e. -2147024873 etc. The error code is generated when this first occurs and is different from project to project. Once the error code from the first failure is known a profile can be created for all users with Roaming profiles. After creating the profile, assigning the users, and allowing the config to download/resetting the Migration Agent, the files with the status ‘Suspended’ will fail gracefully and retry successfully.
