Issue
The Archive Shuttle Stage 2 Office365DeleteShortcuts command may fail with the following error:

Solution
Decrease the Shortcut Process Item Parallelism and Shortcut deletion maximum batch count. It may be set too high for the environment.
The following steps explain how to change this value:

  1. On the Archive Shuttle Configuration page, select System Configuration.
  2. Select the Shortcut Process Module.
  3. Decrease Shortcut Process Item Parallelism and Shortcut deletion maximum batch count on the Shortcut Process Module. To test it, you may set it to 1 to see if the command will be executed successfully.
  4. Save the new configuration and wait 3-5 minutes to have the new configuration applied. Or, you may restart the Shortcut Process Module.
  5. Select the appropriate user on Stage 2 and Retry the Stage 2 Office365DeleteShortcuts command.
