The SharePoint Site Collection Administrators report lists each Site Collection and their administrator.

You can add, remove or re-order these columns to display additional information such as the Item Count. As with all of the reports, this information can also be customized, filtered and scheduled.
Clicking a Site Collection will display more in-depth information for that particular collection. Selecting the different tabs will display information relating to the Site Collection’s General Settings, Storage & Quota and Audit Settings.
