Issue
The Office 365 module may log the following error:

The process cannot access the file '\\172.16.3.224\ASExpImpTemp\d31a4b17-2532-40f1-9acf-317cfe355634\a712381b-fa92-447b-bc86-45085381faf5\271\70f55dc5-d85a-48f1-ab6a-403937dc6cd0' because it is being used by another process

Solution
The error means that the file is being used by another process. A typical process might be antivirus. It is recommended that the staging area is excluded from antivirus scanning
