The Office 365 Import module may log the following error:

ProcessFailedResult|Error while ingesting Item with Id
[80f683f2-10de-79af-d4e4-c95c890dce61] ItemRoutingId: [49700472] Error: [System.ApplicationException: The request timed out.]

The above error usually indicates that network or MS Office 365 are not processed fast enough.
When you see these errors very frequently, it is recommended to decrease threads for batches (setting ‘Office 365 Batch Parallelism’) or items to process per batch (setting ‘Office365 Batch Size Items’).
Adjusting the setting ‘Office 365 Timeout Seconds’ may also help. With this setting you can define the timeout in seconds until Archive Shuttle aborts the ingest (i.e. upload/processing).
