Sometimes when the Office 365 or Exchange module is restarted from the Archive Shuttle user interface, it might be several minutes before the module finishes and restarts.
This is by design.
The module does not cancel the AIP batches that are currently in the process of being migrated (for example, those ‘in flight’). Any that have not yet started are canceled immediately. If the batches currently in progress are delayed due to poor network bandwidth, it can take 10-15 minutes for the module to restart.
