PST files stop processing and appear hung in their present module without failing. Review of the module log shows a failure to pick up new work and a line similar to the following logged:
2015-03-06 19:29:20Z|DEBUG|P:5028|T:8|PasswordRemoverItemProvider|Result from service is null or empty string.
Review of the Hosted log file shows the following:

[2015.03.06 11:29:20:928] [ 8856] [ 11] [ERROR] [GetWorkItems] There was an error in Post Process WebService: System.IO.IOException: The user name or password is incorrect.

at vcare.PstMigrator.AdvancedClientMigrationQueue.GetBITSFileName(Int32 pstId, String userName)
at vcare.PstMigrator.WebServices.PostProcess.GetWorkItems(Int32 moduleId, Int32 numberOfWorkItems)
These errors are logged as a result of the “upload location” being no longer accessible by the service accounts. Please verify that the path configured and shown below exists and is accessible by the account the failing module is running under.
