Sometimes even though items were imported successfully, the user cannot see them in their inbox folder structure. This may happen when there are special folder names used somewhere in the folder structure. For example, Inbox\Mypersonal\Tasks\MySubtasks. Archive Shuttle is designed to import such items to a special folder named Tasks, rather than the original folder structure since the path Inbox\Mypersonal\Tasks\MySubtasks contains the special folder name “Tasks”.
To avoid this behavior, there is an option to configure ArchiveShuttle and import items to the original folder structure no matter if the special folder name is used somewhere in the folder structure.
How to do it
Go to Configuration > System configuration > Folder Translation. Then, click edit and remove Calendar, Task, and Contact, as shown on screenshots below.
Note: When you remove those records, you lose translation for special folder names.
