The Office 365 Module may log the following error while command Office365ProvisionMailbox is being executed when leavers are being migrated into Office 365:

This may mean that Archive Shuttle can not execute command Office365ProvisionMailbox, because your e-mail domain which is configured via Office 365 Environment->Office 365 Leavers configuration page in Archive Shuttle is set as ‘Federated’. See screenshot below where the email domain is configured in Archive Shuttle:

The following powershell commands can be used to check if your e-mail domain authentication is set to ‘Federated’ or not.
1\ Connect-msolservice -Credential $msolcred
2\ Get-MsolDomain -DomainName
On the screenshot below you can see that domain authentication is set to ‘Federated’ and therefore Office365ProvisionMailbox command cannot be executed successfully.

Usually the resolution to this is to use a domain which is managed. A customer might also have and it is that domain, which should be used in the Office 365 Environment page in Archive Shuttle.
