The Archive Shuttle EV Export module may log an error relating to performance counters:

The requested Performance Counter is not a custom counter, it has to be initialized as ReadOnly.

The problem appears to be related to broken performance counters on the server where the modules are installed. This can be verified by opening performance monitor, and seeing if there are any errors.  For one customer, the following was seen:

The following is the suggested solution:
– Stop the EV Export Module service from the Windows Service Control Manager
– Navigate to the Program Files folder which contains the EV Export Module
– Locate the EV Export Module executable
– Right click the executable and run it as an administrator
– After a few moments the screen will show:
===== Press ENTER to quit ======
– Press enter to quit, and the command prompt window will close.
– Now start the service from the Windows Service Control Manager.
The Other option is to execute below via Command Prompt application as administrator:
And re-installing the Archive Shuttle modules.
