Issue
Sometimes the following errors may be logged when an attempt is made by Archive Shuttle to provision an Office 365 Leaver mailbox:
2015-11-17 13:29:56Z|2652| 29|ERROR| Execute|Unable to process command Office365ProvisionMailbox: System.Management.Automation.Remoting.PSRemotingTransportException: Processing data from remote server ps.outlook.com failed with the following error message: [ClientAccessServer=AM1PR02CA0121,BackEndServer=db2pr09mb0711.eurprd06.prod.outlook.com,RequestId=a4318476-0aeb-4ecc-b70e-ba1eeb6ca06e,TimeStamp=11/17/2015 1:29:56 PM] [FailureCategory=WSMan-InvalidShellID] The request for the Windows Remote Shell with ShellId 3D0ABDBF-8AD0-4599-A4ED-BDA9E4387684 failed because the shell was not found on the server. Possible causes are: the specified ShellId is incorrect or the shell no longer exists on the server. Provide the correct ShellId or create a new shell and retry the operation. Solution
When this error is logged the mailbox will not have been provisioned. Archive Shuttle will retry the provisioning from time to time.
