This article provides some suggestions related to Office 365 mailbox synchronization issues.
When performing Office 365 synchronization in Archive Shuttle (Configuration > Links > Office 365 > Sync mailboxes), you received error “Unable to process command Office365CollectMailboxes: System.Management.Automation.RemoteException: An error caused a change in the current set of domain controllers.”

To resolve this issue, restart the Office 365 import module and run synchronization again.
