Part of the PST Flight Deck 6.0 installation is Monitoring tool. This KB article show how to set up this tool for correct functionality.
This tool require PST Flight Deck 6.0 and higher to be installed.
1. Set up Computer location

  1.  Go to Settings > Computers
  2.  Set the Location of the server
  3.  Save changes

2. Set up Services

  1. Go to Settings > Services
  2. Configure service settings based on location
  3. Save changes

Checking interval – how often will tool check and update information from server
Check services – check if the services on monitore server are running
Check folders –  checking the free space for upload and backup directories
Check app pools – it check if following AppPools are started

Send emails – sending notifications about alerts (refers to this: https://support.quadrotech-it.com/Knowledgebase/Article/View/745/3/howto-set-up-email-notification-for-pst-flight-deck-monitoring-tool)
Check inactive users – checking the activity. If the user is inactive longer that the “Inactivity Treshold” value, it will send the email with UserEntryId of the incative user (email notification needs to be set up)
Check licenses – it validating the licenses in paths:
…\Program Files\QUADROtech\PST FlightDeck\Core Service\
…\Program Files\QUADROtech\PST FlightDeck\Core WebService\bin
…\Program Files\QUADROtech\PST FlightDeck\UI\
Check Website – checking if the PSTFlightDeckHelpdesk and PSTFlightDeckWS sites are accessible from the Server
