If you are partner and your customer experiences an issue, the support team might ask for access to customer reports.


You can grant access to your customer reports via Partner Portal by following these steps:

  1. Login to the Partner Portal as an admin.
  2. Navigate to TENANT ADMIN > All Your Tenants
  3. Search for tenant you want to grant access for and click on it to get details for this tenant.
  4. Grant access to the support team by clicking the button next to the date field Allow Access to support team.
