If you are experiencing an issue and have a support ticket open, sometimes the support team might ask for access to your reports so as to better troubleshoot the issue. You can grant access to your reports by following the below steps:

  1. Login to the reporting tool as an admin
  2. Navigate to Profile & Settings –> Application Settings
  3. Click the box under the Grant Support Access section to select a date range during which the support team can access the reports
