When the Archive Shuttle EV Export module has been configured with too many threads, it could cause performance to decrease as the export from Enterprise Vault may fail for many items. The items will export when they are retried. The error is shown below:

2015-01-08 19:29:24Z|1587|112|ERROR| Process|Error occured. ArchiveID: [1BEB1CDB8A944714990144C6145BAA5291110000kvsev] | ItemID: [b019e1d4-d3a5-190b-109f-79eb7b4c3fe1] Void Get(Int32)
An internal failure occurred. Internal Error: 'Unspecified error (0x80004005)'.

Example of high thread setting (500 threads):

EV Export Archive Parallelism: 20
EV Export Item Parallelism: 25

Adjust the threads settings to see with what setting you are getting the best performance. A general rule is to not set more than 300 threads.
If you do not want to adjust the threads setting, then go back to the default settings:

EV Export Archive Parallelism: 5
EV Export Item Parallelism: 15
