Issue
Archive Shuttle core (ArchiveShuttle.WebServicesLog.txt) may log a WriteEVShortcutsToDatabase warning.
1\ If you are using EWS for EV Collector Shortcut Collection the warning in ArchiveShuttle.WebServicesLog is:

2016-08-05 07:40:06Z|2236|  9|ERROR| WriteEVShortcutsToDatabase|Unable to find mapping for source container id fb427f20-82c0-4d32-a232-479c57aa22a9

2\ If you are using MAPI for EV Collector Shortcut Collection the warning in ArchiveShuttle.WebServicesLog is:

2016-08-08 16:23:56Z|7548| 11| WARN|WriteEVShortcutsToDatabase|Shortcut Item with TransactionID [913d7f7c-846b-dd07-ed80-805dd4606111] in Vault [1D0F3910E64D5184883E4E112E79B37481110000ev10-site] for mailbox container [cfae89ba-15f9-4eb0-a34c-222a84b58c89] could not be found in Link Database. Ignoring Shortcut.

Solution
Check if the EV archive you are trying to do a shortcut collection for is mapped as you cannot collect shortcuts until you have done a mapping for the container.
EV Collector shortcut collection also relies on:
1) Being enabled on the EV Collector setting via the Archive Shuttle System Configuration screen.
2) Not being disabled in the General System Settings via Archive Shuttle System Configuration screen.
3) Shortcut Tracking being enabled on the source link.
You must complete item collection first and then you can do shortcut collection, as Archive Shuttle needs to add a flag to the item. Without the [Item] SQL record the shortcut cannot be collected. Archive Shuttle must have item records available in [ItemEnterpriseVault] table and then shortcut collection can be started. WriteEVShortcutsToDatabase can then be executed successfully and the shortcut SQL records can be found in [ItemEnterpriseVaultShortcut] table in Archive Shuttle Item Database.
You can also check ‘Shortcut Count’ via the Archive Shuttle User Information screen.
