There are a couple of methods you can use to contact the Customer Experience Team.
The quickest way to contact CET is sending an email to Please include all relevant information that would be helpful in supporting your ticket; a lack of information may result in your support case being delayed. An email support ticket also defaults with ‘low’ priority.
You can also visit, and register for an account. Once registered and verified, you can view existing and old cases that you have logged. You can also provide updates via the web interface and alter the priority of a support ticket (low, medium or high priority).
