Overview
During ingestion into Exchange or Office 365, a throttling, which slows down the throughput, may be experienced. It is displayed in Archive Shuttle logs and in the user interface as well.
Solution
When a throttling is being experienced, a symbol of hand like the following is displayed in the UI section Managed & Operations, screen Progress & Performance:
